Since the new Cinderella movie was released, I have been obsessed with the pictures of her stunning glass slippers. Even though "comfortable" wouldn't be a suiting description, they are a masterpiece of art to me. All these colourful facets reflecting the light are definitely princess-worthy.
I tried to recreate this beautiful effect on my nails and I think I did quite well. :)
What do you think of this look? Thank you for reading!
I've discovered this exciting new (at least to me) tag on instagram, where people take close-ups of limp flowers and plants. Well, rereading that sentence, this doesn't sound exciting at all. But it actually is fascinating.
So all these pictures are tagged #lovelydeadcrap, which might sound macabre at first. The term just reflects the fact that it's all about the beauty of dead plants. ...that doesn't sound any better. XD
But if you take a look at these pieces of art, you'll experience the fascinating magic that's called nature in a wonderful and very different way. If you already know about it, then lucky you. You're one of those, who cherish the simple things in life. And that's desirable.
To give credit to all these photographers and pictures I've loved to see on this social media site, I've decided to upload a simple nail art tutorial.
Autumn has to be my favourite season. It's not too hot, and not yet too cold... At least not normally. :) You can wear clothes in layers and there are beautiful warm colours everywhere.
So I'm really into autumn nail art to celebrate my love for this wonderful season. And I'd really like to share that with you. This tutorial is really simple. You don't have to be an artist or accurate in any way. When you watch the video, you'll see, that the finished look seems a bit messy. I always leave my nails like this, because it washes off after at most two days anyway.
What do you love about autumn? What do you probably dislike?
It´s November and Christmas is getting closer. To get in the right mood for late autumn I created this look. These nails remind me of piles of fallen leaves combined with some early Christmas glitter. I hope you like it. (^-^)
My name is Sonja and I like to write about my ideas and all the pretty things that make me happy. Let’s share opinions! Together we can brighten up a gloomy day.
